What is a virus that presents with head aches, back aches, vomiting, fever, lethary, pustules on the hands and feet that later results in temperature spikes of 105-106 degrees fahrenheit, nosocomial infections, hypovolemic shock where the patiet dies of multisystem organ failure secondary to sepsis.

Here according to history given it most like herpes infection or HIV.
Fever, headache, vomiting with multi system involvement may be seen in influenza infection.
