What Types Of Food Can I Have In Myoma ?

HI, I am 36 and have myoma, one of 23mm and another of 19mm. Doctors say that they are not problem for now and only thing that I can do is to monitor. However, I d like to do something. I started drinking weatgras 3 months ago (couple of times per week) but without any result, evern worst second myoma has been found!!! could you please advice me on what type of food I can use and do they really help?

the myomas are just benign growths of uterine muscle fibres. The fibroids which have developed already are not likely to reduce in size with any type of food or medicine. They do not grow so soon. So, stop worrying about them and be happy.
