What Treatments Are Available For Granulomas On Liver And Spleen?
I recently had a CT of ABD & Pelvis with & without contrast. I also had a partial NEPHRECTOMY performed in Sep 2008. I received the CT summary and it indicates that the liver and spleen show small calcified granulomas. The liver spleen otherwise show homogneous appearance. What are the treatments for gramulomas on the liver and splen if any is needed.

Here your liver and spleen granuloma must be evaluated through proper examination and investigation....
The causes can be many like .....
-TB
-sarcoidosis
-few drugs
-shistomsomiasis
-few malignancy
-fungal infection
Here biopsy taken and send for Histopatho examination which is useful investigation....
According to cause further treatment guided ....
