What Treatment To Be Taken For The Back Pain And Muscle Tightness?
I am taken Meloxicam 7.5 for a back pain, received a corizone shot, it worked then I fell. The pain in my lower back goes down both sides down my legs. Muscles are extremely tight and having spasms. What can I take safely with this drug for pain. I usually take Excedrin or Percogesic.

I would suggest you to get MRI of the spine to confirm the diagnosis. If there is disc herniation then it can cause pinching of the nerve and that is causing pain in your spine and leg. I would recommend you following.
1.Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet
2.Back muscle physiotherapy
3.Hot water fomentation
