Im in my 23rd week of pregnancy and recently took doppler scan and found that i have notching in left uterine artery and my fluid level is 9.5cms. i'm too worried about it. Can you please advise me to resolve notching and increase my fluid level. please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Ihad gone through your question and undetstand your concerns. In our clinical practice if AFI is less than 7 then we called less amniotic fluid,but you have 9.5 so don't worry now about this. Uterine artery notching usually resolve within 16week,if it petsistently present then you note your blood presure regularly and folliwup doppler to be done to exclude growth retardation.
