Hello, I am Dr XXXXXXXX, Blood Sugar 500 + means Uncontrolled Diabetes, and need visit endocrinologist/Diabetologist or Physician at earliest and get investigated for Diabetes and for Diabetes Micro vascular complication like Retinopathy, Nephropathy, Neuropathy and Macrovascular Complication like Cardiovascular Disease, and also to ruleout Ketoacidosis if present.... aim is to keep suagr undercontrol to prevent long term complications related to Diabetes........... thanks... take care...
