What treatment should i give to my 2year old baby for spina bifida ?
2yr old girl with spina bifida and hydrocepholous has open sores diaper rash is this common what do i do. cause the sore get so bad they bleed

Bed sores are best prevented than treated .
Try to keep the area dry and open.apply only spirit or antiseptic onthe wound.apply powder on the rest of of the areas. Diaper rash too heals faster if kept of open.you can apply any cream like siloderm for faster healing.
Prevent sores byfrequent change in posture and frequent dusting with powder.
