hi doc , my sinus problem is going bad.coz of sinus i cant sleap well.my nose is jamed.my smell sence is so weak.so plz guide me. thanks

Hi Usmanafzal,

You require a thorough examination from a good ENT specialist. Till then try drinking plenty of warm water, steam inhalation 2-3times/day and use saline nasal drops 3 drops 3-4times/day.
