Hello, this is prasad from mumbai....my uncle is facing a problem from last one year...he has a severe head problems.six month back he suffered from diabetes and he is treated with insulin......when he suffered a severe head ache he had a blurred vision .He had performed a five time Brain Mri ....but docs still can t find a proper reason.MRI brain suggest the right sided maxillary and etmoid sinuses show evidence of mucosal thickening and retained secretions do give us a remedy immediately........

As per your history your uncle suffering from diabetes mellitus and frequent problem of headach.
Headache may be caused by many conditions out of it raised sugar levels, low sugar levels in blood, sinusitis are the few causes your uncle may have.
For sinusitis treatment please have a visit with a ENT specialist. The treatment may consist of Analgesics, antibiotics and Mucolytic-decongestants etc drug combinaitons
