first of all...whats your question..?? considering that your question is regarding the options available for a 13 yrs old with renal failoure...
now, by kidney failure...i would assume that the patient is on dialysis....if so, then there are two options.....either to be on lifelong hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis and the other option is to get a kidney transplant , which can be procured from either a near family member (e.g. mother, father, brother, sister) of from a brain dead kidney donor(known as cadaveric donor) . kindly consult your nephrologist for minute details of each of the modalities....
