What Treatment Should I Take To Get Rid Of Shoulder Pain ?

. hi i got into a accident two weeks ago and my upper back in between my shoulders and where my neck meet my shouldes hurts so bad it makes it hard to move. ive taken ibeprofen 800 and taken advil and nothing is helping the pain. i cant sleep because it hurts so bad and i dont know what to do

Accidental injuries need to be examined properly or you can miss something major also.Please get examined by a doctor as you are having severe pain in back near your neck.You may need to get a X-ray done to rule out a fracture.It is necessary to get examined & then treated so please consult a doctor or go to a ER ASAP.
