Dentist Dr. Jyoti's  Response
You need to wash you hair frequently if you sweat too much.Always wash hair with warm water and a mild shampoo followed by a conditioner. Remember, do not apply the conditioner to the scalp. Wash off all traces of the conditioner properly. Apply a serum to towel dried hair. This will help to keep your hair tangle free, manageable and clean.
Always cover your head with a cap or use an umbrella when you go out in the scorching sun.
