What treatment should I take for knee pain and Hamstrings tightness ?
pain on outside of rt knee right below bend, also have very tight hamstrings. have been doing hamstring stretching and getting scrapping done by pt for tibal nerve issue in right foot causing numbness , hurts after run and at night when laying done I do ice it what is cauing pain?

You might have some problem in your rt knee joint causing irritation to tibial nerve and pain while bending the joint.
Go for x ray rt knee and find out the cause.
