What treatment should I take for UTI when I have 25-30 RBCs in my urine ?

dear sir,my age is 54 year ,weight 68kg.5days fever temp no fever last 01 RBC in urine test is 25-30 cell,Protean+,creatian is 1.48, uric acid 5.5,blood urea is 24.before taking antiboitic medicine ,cretaine was1.8,uric acid6.5.pls advise me for my health.
