What treatment is suitable for my mother for osteoporosis as she is diabetic and has undergone chemotherapy for breast cancer ?

hi sir, my mother suffered from osteoporosis, age-51 year, past medication- chemotherapy for breast cancer in 2010 and she is diabetic patient, alkaline phosphates is 688 in blood .what medication and treatment useful in this condition.

Thanks for query,
As your mother is having multiple problems,it requires evaluation.
You go for consultation of diabetologist,nephrologist to rule out involvement of kidney,heart,liver.
Give good branded calcium,vit D,more milk.
Give more green veges,fresh fruits.
