What Treatment Is Suggested For Vertigo?

For a little over 2 months, I have had vertigo, vision changes, headaches with either stabbing pains or pressure. I also have gained 25 pounds, without changing my eating habits and am fatigued all the time, along with excessive body aches and pains.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you should get evaluated further for a possible pituitary gland lesion that may cause such symptoms. Get evaluated by a Neurologist, by blood tests for pituitary gland function and by brain MRI in order to understand better your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
