What Treatment Is Suggested For Pelvic Pain And Light Pink Discharge?

I am a 53 year old female that is menopausal. I am not on any hormone therapy, but am taking a herbal pill that is used to treat menopause. Lately, I have been having a pain at the base of my right buttock that radiates to my leg and foot and keeps me up at night. I also have pelvic pain on the right and yesterday and today, I have a light pink discharge when I urinate. It is only on the tissue and not in my underwear. I have not felt well, almost as if I have a slight case of the flu, achy, fatigued, pounding heart, dizzy, and a feeling like I might faint. Should I be alarmed? I just had blood work done and all values were in the normal range. Thanks
