Dear sir

First it needs proper investigation, venous and arterial doppler examination should be done to rule out deep vein thrombosis.

Secondly it there is any associated abnormality, long term anticoagulation is needed with the help of warfarin and nicumaloune.

Always pain in the veins is associated with thrombosis in the perforators.

So needs through examination and treatment.

Thanks
