Hi
Practically speaking, there is no specific treatment of jaundice except the supportive treatment. The most important thing is to diagnose the cause of jaundice whether it is viral, protozoal, secondary to disease or toxicity. The capacity to emulsify the fat is reduced so fatty diet ought to be reduced. However, on the recovery phase, gradual intake of fat in diet may be started.
