What Treatment Is Suggested For Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?

I have hashimoto's thyroiditis and have changed my diet to include a lot of coconut oil recently...including coconut butter, milk and oil and have noticed yellow colored stools the last few days and diarrhea. Can this be from the coconut or could this be a sign of something more serious?

Hello,
Good day.
Coconut oil and coconut is not a remedy for hashimoto's disease. Too much of coconut can infact can increase cholesterol. Diarrhea could be due to too much cocount intake.
You need to check TFT and need treatment with Thyroxine if TSH is elevated
