What Treatment Is Required For The Following Pelvic Scan Result?
Went for a pelvic scan recently and was given this results. Uterus: Bulky, measures 92x68mm, anteverted. Empty cavity, endometrial plate is distorted. Contains multiple uterine fibroids, largest is subserous posterior uterine wall mass measuring 63x57mm. How can I go about the treatment. Been trying for a baby for about 3 months. I hope it is not disturbing my chances of conceiving?

Uterine fibroids should not affect your ability to conceive though the largest appears to be a relatively large fibroid.
This result does not indicate a problem that may affect conception but you may need additional testing to take a look at the tubes and ovaries. This would be in the form of blood tests (for the ovaries) and imaging of the tubes.
These tests, plus a semen analysis from your partner, would be considered if you continue to have problems with conception.
