What Treatment Can Be Given To Treat A Lump Caused In Scrotum By Spermatocele?
Hi, around 2 months ago i found a sensitive lump in the right side of my scrotum (not on the testicle itself), i went to the doctor, and he diagnosed it as a spermatocele. Within the past week i have noticed that my right testicle is slightly larger than my left (but with that said it could have been like that for years and i've just never noticed), and it seems harder and more sensitive than my left also. Could these two problems be related?

Hi. Both the problems are usually not related. I would do a high resolution sonography to confirm the diagnosis and would advise surgery accordingly.
