What Treatment Can Be Done For Gastro, Back Pain And Stone In Gall Bladder ?
dear sir, i m a woman years of age. i have being sufffering from gastro and back problem from past 14 years.i have done many treatments from various doctors for this problem but i have not found a solution to it.i m also suffering from stone in gall bladder .

Back pain is a common problem in females and many a times they need to take pain killers to relieve it due to daily household chores.Gastric issues can occur due to :-
stress physical/mental;disturbed or deficient sleep;eating at odd times;lack of exercise;excess of fatty and fried food and even due to drugs like painkillers which cause acidity and resulting in gastritis.If you have a single stone in gall-bladder and if there is no symptom or pain then fine or even that can lead to gastric issues.Please consult a doctor preferable a surgeon for the gall-bladder stone and if there is no need for removal of the stone then he may advise you to take antacid for a month or so and you should feel better.Till then make few changes in diet like avoid fatty;fried food;junk food;do regular exercise at least walking also do not sleep for at least 1 and 1/2 hour after night meals and take a slow walk for 20 mins and things should improve.
