What Treatment Can I Take For Weakness And Trapezius Pain ?

Hi, I am 26 years old (62Kg weight with thin body) male working as Network Administrator (IT) for a big company my job contains of eight hours working plus three hours of daily traveling, and have almost seven hours sleeping. During my free times I always keep myself busy on searching and reading information from internet. The problem that I have is usually I am feeling weak during the day and suffering traps pain sometimes with dry Nauseous, I always eat energetic nutrients like date, nut, milk and/with doing regularly exercise , I hope to provide me with a better advice/solution.

It is good to be curious but little information can be dangerous as well. It is wise to not search so much on the Net as you can get misled in many ways. You need to stop thinking much and get enough free time in your busy work schedule to relax. In the early morning when you wake up, you can do Prayanam, deep breathing exercises during the day, Yoga will also help. Avoid much work at the Computer. Instead when you are free, better to walk around do mild stretching exercise, drink enough water during the day about 1-2 litres as that is the secret of good health. When you avoid putting your mind in stress you will feel lot more relaxed and energetic for the day.
