What To Use For Scar After C-section For Faster Healing?
I m pregnant I m having c section what can I use for scar heal fast my first pregnancy heals slow and my dr says that doesn t suppose to look like it looks so what can I use this time ? I never get swollen face or feets during pregnancy but I do get swollen after surgery what to do to reduce swollen fast & how to reduce inflammation in my tummy after c section ? How can I reduce retencion water and bad toxins ? How many months after c section do I have to wait to do normal abs jump , run , exercise on steps ?

Hi swelling of the legs after surgery can be cured by regular elevation of legs while sleeping. The abdomen muscle s and other muscles become normal only after atleast 6 months.after c-section.scar after caeseraensction can be reduced by evion tablets and application of hexilac silicone gel in night and application of moisteriser daily at night
