serious question. i have been having an issue, for what feels like roughly the whole last month, having regular bowel movements. Sometimes it would be days between my movements. I feel super tired more so now that normal and have been requiring more sleep per night. For the last few years now i have also been experiencing heavy pain by my left rib under my breast and ive never known why. Recently i checked into reflexology for a foot issue and the pain was related to my #37 reflexology point and that correspondes to the sigmund colon. horrible pain only in that part of my foot until i started eating activia for now whats been 3 days. Today is the 2nd day ive actually had a bowel movement in a long time but it did have red blood in it which i know is a bad sign and my lower backs been hurting horribly. im super scared of hospitals but ive been fighting pain for so long and feeling sluggish that i need to know if now is the time for me to get up the courage and go to the hospital right now! thank you
