Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Please let us know if your testes has been damaged due to some infection, trauma or disease. If sperm count is decreasing and FSH is rising it is better you immediately consult an infertility specialist and try for IUI or IVF or preservation of available sperm n sperm bank for future use.

You are having mild hypothyroidism which may not be related to sub fertility
