What To Do To Reduce Pimples?

hi sir, i am 24 years old i have pimples in my face so the doctor advised the erytop cream. i am applying in this cream every night. but the pimples are broken and spread in my face.all the pimples are very painful what can do? pls advice how to quickly reduce the pimples?

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Since you seem to have moderately severe acne, therefore as a treating doctor I would have started you on oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin for 4-12 weeks depending on the severity and response to treatment.

Topical benzoyl peroxide gel rather than erytop gel(clindamycin gel) twice daily for twice daily application, would have been my choice in case of severe acne.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash twice daily e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion
