What To Do If Vagina Is Swollen And Stinging After A Long Foreplay With The Vagina?

last night me and my man had a 3 hour foreplay session (in which he only played with my clitoris). Today I woke up and my clitoris and inner lips are really swollen. The are also slightly red and there is a slight burning?stinging pain when my clitoris touched. It also slight hurts when i walk or sit down in a certain position. What does this mean? Should I be really worried? Or is there way to cure it at home? Plz get back to me ASAP Im really scared. Thank you
