What To Do If The 5 Month Old Baby Is Vomiting Both Breast Milk And Formula Milk?

i was wondering why my 5 week old baby is vomiting all her milk up not a little but a lot we have changed her milk already. she even throws up breast milk. My wife gives her the amount she needs for her age but it doesn't stay down. what should we do.

hello
uptill 6 months best option is to give breast feed only.most of the babies brings out some amount of milk after feeds. baby after feed should be burped well that means hold baby upright after feed immediately .her tummy should be against mother's shoulder and back should be tapped gentally for 10-15 minutes so that wind comes out of the stomach through mouth. further if weight gain is normal it means baby is getting sufficient.urine out put and stool also will be normal in a baby fed fully.
