What To Do If Me And Wife Are Using Insulin And Sometimes Tablets For Diabetes And Vision Damage?

i am diabetic since 15 years before type 2 sugar , my wife for the same period suffering type1 sugar we are both over 50 years age this disease caused to us a big damage including vision iam sometimes using tabs and sometimes using insulin , my wife is using insulin permanently even then our blood sugar is not controlled

Hello,
It looks you are not taking your treatment seriously.There is no point in taking injectables and oral anti diabetics erratically.If you are serious,there is no reason why your sugar levels can't be controlled.
If you have been put on injection insulin,then you have to stick to it.
You must keep consulting and visiting your doctor regularly and see to it that your blood sugar levels are controlled by regularly following his advice.
In addition to the medication,you must follow strict dietary control along with regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
