What To Do If Having Sound During Jaw Movement After Chewing Tobacco?

Hi Doctor,

My name is Ankit and am suffering from pain in my mouth. It might be due to use of tobacco or chewing chewing eveytime. Please help me, as now i can here the voice of my jaws very loudly and its paining a bit.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having lax TM joint or mild sub-laxation of the joint.
Stop chewing tobacco or hard stuff which will give more injury to TM joint and there might be having risk of sub-laxation of the joint.
Keep your fingers for protection while opening your mouth wide open or yawning.
