Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

The dizziness could be related to different possible causes: an inner ear disorder, cervical spondylarthrosis, orthostatic hypotension, etc..

It is not related to the pain in your left arm. The pain in the arm could be related to a pinched nerve. If the problem persists, a nerve conduction study may be necessary.
I would also recommend consulting with an ENT specialist to exclude an inner ear disorder.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
