What To Do If Having Extreme Pain Along Nasal Bridge From Strong Smells And Cold Air After Two Sinus Surgeries?
I have had two sinus surgeries. The first in 2010 was a septoplasty for a deviated septum and sinus drainage, the second in 2012 was FESS. I started having frontal headaches 6 months ago with thick post nasal drip and painful crusts every morning. I went to the ENT and he prescribed Avamys nasal spray. For the past month the symptoms are still there and my nose feels unusually clear but cold air, strong smells and dust cause extreme pain along my nasal bridge. Please help

You are suffering from reoccuren e frontal sinusitis. Other diagnosis can be frontoethmoidal polyps. For confirmation you have to get CT PNS done.it tell about pathology in the nasal region.depending on the finding treatment can be medical or surgical. Medical.treatment consist of antihistamine, decongestant. Antibiotics,stem inhalation, surgical treatment consist of FESS
