i am 54years old and 5ft2in 14 stone i have tryed to loss wieght my legs swell up and i get abad chest i do not smoke or drink i walk all the time i have 7 grandchildren i am on the go all the time but i still the same wieght i have had test done nothing can be find i am a size 18 i have a 42d bust that a do not like i feel big some times i dont like my self i wish i was a size 14 or 16 please can u help me i dont eat milk shakes or yogurt or paster or mince meat i have ibs julie
