Hi

welcome to HealthCareMagic

You can continue oral rehydration solution
,you can also add zinc .Most important is to continue feeding of child along with oral rehydration solution , she should pass urine every 4-6 hourly , child should not be very irritable or dull , continue high fever should not be there. Continue giving ORS and see your pediatrician.
