What To Do For Trouble In Sleeping That Has Caused Head Heaviness?

hi, I m Mary Joy, i m just concern with my health..cause i m having difficulty to sleep this past few days, i cannot sleep well then not on time if i can sleep at the middle of the night i woke up then cannot sleep anymore but i m so sleepy how many times already i tried to go back to sleep but still can t. now my head is aching my eyes, and seems like my head is heavy..what i m going to do?

It wold have been better for me answer if you can elaborate things in much more detail like any significant stressor in your life, How do you feel in your mind for example sad or anxious, Do you have any psychiatric illness in past or any family history of same kind of symptoms.

From the available description it appears to me that you are progressing toward the development of depression.
