What To Do For Thyroid Problem?

My wife (44yrs) weighing 70 kg suffering from thyroid problem. 20 yrs back she underwent surgery for hyperthyroid. Since then she is taking altroxin. For las 3 months she is undergoing tiredness, much increase in heart beats atleast once in a day, sweating on head. Her bloodpressure also remains little elevated.

After consulting Doctors she has been taking 50mg,150 km 100 mg & now taking 75 mg of Altroxin but no improvement. We are very upset. Cold you please suggest something !

Any associated weight gain/ hairloss/ tiredness/ constipation?
*Any history of recurrent fever / thyroid pain/ eye pain / bulging eye ball/ tiredness?
*Periods- is it regular?
*How is your quality of life?
*Any family history of thyroid disease/ goiter or thyroid malignancy?

any history of thigh or arm muscle weakness/ hump/striae?

first of all dose should be titrated according to TSH values
kindly give your latest TSH and current dose.
