What does it mean when your right ball hurts ? I have no lump . No swelling . No redness . It just feels as if someone kicked me. It feels like it aches and it s been hurting for three days now ? Could you give me and answer as to what it might be ? I m 22 years old .
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted that you are 22 years young male, have pain in the right testis without any swelling or redness, feeling like someone kicked you. The commonest cause of such a problem can be due to one of the following reasons: - Local problems of the testis like infection or recurrent torsion. - Neurogenic due to nerve pinching syndrome. - Stone in the lower right ureter can give referred pain.
I would advise you the following: - Get a clinical evaluation and examination by a general surgeon. - Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the abdomen and the scrotum. - Test of blood, urine and so on. All information giving the correct diagnosis and proper line of treatment to get a cure.
