I have pain in my left knee at night when I go to bed , I am on my feet all day at work. It is mostly my left knee although occasionally the right one aches aswell, there doesn t appear to be any swelling or bruising. Don t know where to put my leg to stop it, eg, bend it or keep it straight?
Hi, From history it seems that due to long standing there might behaving strain on knee muscles giving this problem. Go for patellar exercise daily 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes at a time. You can put your leg where you get relief. Avoid squatting position or sitting on legs. Take vitamin A, D and E supplements. Ok and take care.
