What To Do For The Irritation In Throat And Lung Due To Exposure To Paint?

Hi, I moved to a new house and did some painting couple of weeks ago (with mask). Then last week I used spray paint (indoor) for couple of minutes (not using a mask). Later, I saw paint dots when I cleaned my nose, now I had to take deep breath every couple of minutes. I am better than couple of days ago but still not well, and my throat and lungs are irritated by deep breath. Please advise me what to do. Thanks

You are having irritation due to the paint in your throat. Do not expose yourself to any more spray paint. The irritation will gradually subside on its own. At best, you may take an anti allergic like a monteleukast and levocetrizine combination.
