i was recently prescribed the topiramate 50mg but it did not seem to work. I still had headaches. Woke up with them and had to piggy back the medicine with OTC s at some point to try and eliminate pain. As of yesterday my dosage has been upped to the 100mg dosage. Are there any extra precautions that I will need to take with this? The other medicine did not adversely effect me at all other than my feet felt like they were tingling. (Not sure if this is an actual side effect however)
Welcome to Health care magic I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having headache which is not responding to treatment by topiramate. This requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment of the cause.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
