hi this is me sabina sadique. i m doing my m.tech in anna university. one week back i went to hyderabad and now i m suffering with severe cold and cough, and i have lost my body weight a lot. even my mouth is fully dry and my urine is yellowish in colour and feel a lot of shivering after taking bath

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise all symptoms.
Take some decongestant and analgesic medicine for 2-3 days.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
