Discussion:- Looking to the history given here chances of fissure is very likely, constipation need to be relieved for further damage, and in case of profuse bleeding fissure should be treated surgically but in minimal or less bleeding no specific treatment required. Medication:- Local application of hemostatic agent can be tired, with Povidone Iodine cream. Advise:- Have more fiber diet, drink more water, try sits bath. Comments:- In differential diagnosis infection, plies, and other lesion need to be ruled out and for that clinical examination is must.
