I M a problem since birth. At the time of speaking or to talk other persons to difficult to speaking. It is too difficult to other person my viewa. I have stamaning problem. How I can improve or what type of diet take to remove my problem. My age is 18 yrs. old. pl. reply with details.

Most likely cause of stammering is not having any organic diseade at all rather it is due to lack of confidence and mental anxiety which actually perpetuates the condition. Do meditation and dont try to stress upon the problem. U cann give a try of Speech therapy by professionals if above two measures fail after 3 months.
