What To Do For Scar Tissue Turning To Dimple?

My daughter banged her cheek. It was swollen at first and then it changed to a lump. I took her to a and e and they said it was scar tissue and it would eventually go. It has gone smaller but noe she has what looks likes a dimple. Is there anything we can do to fix it? I am devastated.

Use topical silicon based creams but they are best when applied within 14 days of injury.Other things for scar management what i prefer is subscision with lasers> dermaroller with PRP> dermaroller> chemical peeling.
