I am 46, but facing sexual difficulties from the binning, I discharge soon, I have no delay time, also the penis size is medium, I can not sex properly without medicine and the medicine also creating difficulties for me including headache, which medicine or treatment would best and easy for me.. thanks a lot

This is not the medical condition or nor the disease, premature ejaculation is not the disease that can be treated and if you are taking some medicine for this then better stop this, be cool and clamp at the time of coitus no need to over excited or over conscious just take it easy, hope this helps.
