What To Do For On And Off Chest Pains ?

I have been having chest pains on and off for two years. I get a sever tighness in my chest just above my heart. After doing many tests they found that I have an accending thoracic arotic anurysm. I have gone to the hospital serval times since. My symtoms are always the same. I get a heavy sever pain in the same area. moving doesn t change it. After a few moments I feel like someone has tied something around my chest and is cutting off the circulation to the left side of my chest, left shoulder and left arm. It then travels up the left side of my neck and feels like a large hand has spread out over the left side of my head and face and is tring to pop it. Then my left temple begins to have a sudden pain, pulse for a split second the fade away for a few moments. My anuerysm is a 4.1 and I have been told that it will have no symtems. Today I have had 7 nitro pills and the pain will ease up then come back again strong. History has shown that it will pass and I will be wesk for a few days and find it hard to stay awake. I am tird of going to the hospital I feel like they think Im crazy. What should I do?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, your all symptoms are due to ascending aorta aneurysm.
Aortic aneurysm can cause Coronary artery disease (CAD) especially when it is ascending aortic aneurysm.
So in my opinion, you should definitely consult cardiologist and get done fresh ecg, 2d echo, stress test (trade mill test) and coronary angiography to rule out CAD).
Strict control or blood pressure is also needed.
Salt restrictions, fat free diet are also beneficial in your case.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out CAD.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
