Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, for such a pot belly, you can go for a abdominoplasty, as it includes the reduction of the abdominal skin, reduction, as well. and tight skin of the abdomen is there,to prevent the early collection of the fat.
Liposuction, can have a fat collection, earlier than the abdomino plasty. If there is any hernia it also can be taken care of.Cost depend upon the surgeon, and the place.
Along with this avoid taking fats, fries, calories, oily foods, and junk foods.
Practice yoga, exercises, morning walk, and do any work in front of you what ever the work is.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
