What To Do For Ear Bleeding That Has Not Stopped With Antibiotics, Flonase And Steroid Ear Drops?

My 7 year old son s ear started bleeding 2 days ago. The Dr could not see where the bleeding was coming from and started him on antibiotics and flonase antibiotic ear drops and steroid ear drops. Today he has started running fever and the bleeding has not stopped. is this normal ?

is he having any history of trauma. u didnt mention any thing about that and amount of blood in history. if he is having any history of fall then its allarming.
If so u have to take a CT Scan of head to ruleout temporal bone fracture. Ear bleed following trauma and fever is suggestive of infection (meningitis if its temp bone fracture)
as the dr couldnot find any lession may need futher followup with endocopiuc evaluation and all
